People of all ages can experience Stress. In small quantities stress is good because it can motivate you and help. You may be more productive. But extreme stress can affect the way people think, act and feel.

• Getting Away from Nature

All my research and investigation  bring me to the point that Getting Away from Nature is a mother of stress in humans.

According to me Nature is "Allah  Almighty".

Any body Getting Away from Allah would be under stress and strain and who is closer to Allah does not have Stress even under the sword the Islamic history is full such example like

Hussain Ibne Ali, .Hussain Ibne Mansoor (Analhaq) who were happy even while sacrificing their lives.

  My Question for readers is that Why there was no stress?

According to me answer is  who were close to Allah.

In the end i will tell you how to get closer to nature. The manufacture of this machine ( i mean to say the human being) has maintained the treatment of this diseases in Holy Quran.

   Love with Allah is only one way to get closer to Nature.
